Kangaroo paw is sedge like perennial plant noted for their unique bird attracting flowers. The tubular flowers are coated with dense hairs and open at the apex with six claw-like structures for which the flower is popularly known kangaroo paw. The flower stem can grow to over 1.5 meters high with abundant of flowers.
