Covid19 Update
As a family based online store we are trading as long as the government regulations allow us to. We’ are taking the Government’s advice very seriously, and with every new announcement we’re re-evaluating and reinforcing our safety measures.

We value your loyal custom but are conscious that this could change at any time. During these uncertain times we cannot guarantee orders will be sent within our normal 1-2 days postage times. We are still processing orders via our website and will dispatch as soon as we can, but please be aware that this can change at anytime. We appreciate your support throughout this very challenging time 

✂ How are fabrics sold?

All our items are listed in units. There is a measurement guide for fabric in every listing and can be viewed by scrolling down to description. This guide will explain exactly how each item is sold. Please review the description for all relevant information prior to purchasing

✂ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Afterpay, Zippay, Paypal, Layby and Bank Deposit for Australian Buyers. Paypal only for international buyers. We can also process credit card payments over the phone. If you would like to do this, place your order, choose bank deposit as payment method and phone 0434674651 - we have a voicemail if we do not answer where you can leave details ( number, exp date and CVV).

✂ Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are displayed on each listing and there is an estimator for quantities.

✂ Do you offer flat rate postage?

Yes we certainly do for Australian buyers. We offer a flat rate of $15 for as much as you want to purchase - less for smaller amounts.

✂ Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. Please contact us to arrange any returns. There is a 20% fee for refunding due to change of mind. This amount will be deducted and balance added to your account as a credit.

✂ Have an issue with an order?

Claims need to be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. An email with details of the issue needs to be emailed to theozmaterialgirls@gmail.com. Claims will not be accepted after the 7 day period of receipt or order.
