Returns , Cancellations and Covid 19 Policy for The Oz Material Girls Australia 

As a family based Australian online store we are trading as long as the government regulations allow us to. We’ are taking the Government’s advice very seriously, and with every new announcement we’re re-evaluating and reinforcing our safety measures.

We value your loyal custom and during these uncertain times we cannot guarantee orders will be sent within our normal 1-2 days postage times. We are still processing orders daily via our website and will dispatch as soon as we can, but please be aware that this can change at anytime. We appreciate your support throughout this very challenging time . Deliveries within Australia are seeing delays up to 7-10 working days after the original estimated delivery date - read more about this here. International deliveries are seeing up to 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date so please allow 4-6 weeks for standard delivery. We understand you want your orders as fast as possible but due to the worldwide pandemic, this is something that is completely out of our control and we appreciate your patience during this time.

WHAT can be returned?
We offer a full refund for any item deemed faulty once returned and checked. We offer a refund for change of mind once order has been received, but please note a 30% restocking fee will be charged once items have been returned and inspected. Postage is at the buyer's expense and needs to be sent registered post . Please contact us via email for further details. Any orders from 20/3/2020 affected by the Covid19 crisis cannot be cancelled or refunded in full. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to postage or stock delays arrising from Covid 19. Patterns are NON REFUNDABLE 

Do you refund for Pre Orders?
No. Items purchased and paid for which are pre orders are not eligible for any refund. Any pre orders affected by the Covid19 crises cannot be cancelled or refunded. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible once stock and shipping options are available. If you wish to cancel your order a 50% cancellation fee will apply

HOW do customers return items?
Please return with a note inside stating reason for return, and include the order number and your name

SHIPPING for returns?
If deemed faulty return postage costs will be reimbursed. If returning due to change of mind , all postage costs are at the expense of the customer

CREDIT for returns?
For faulty items a full refund will be issued . In cases of change of mind, the balance , less cancellation fee, will be held as a credit to use via our online store for a total of 3 months.
