Returns , Cancellations Policy for The Oz Material Girls Australia 

WHAT can be returned?
We offer a full refund ( less payment processing fees) for any item deemed faulty once returned and checked. 

Do you refund for Pre Orders?
No. Items purchased and paid for which are pre orders are not eligible for any refund. If you wish to cancel your order a 50% cancellation fee will apply

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 7 days of receipt of order

HOW do customers return items?
Please return with a note inside stating reason for return, and include the order number and your name

SHIPPING for returns?
If deemed faulty return postage costs will be reimbursed. If returning due to change of mind , all postage costs are at the expense of the customer

CREDIT for returns or cancellations ?
For faulty items a full refund will be issued . Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund. The order value, less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us, will be issued as store credit valid for  12 months.
