We source quality fabrics from all around the world from reliable manufacturers.The quality of these fabrics ensures a long lasting finished product and they can be used for quilting,patchwork,wall art,home decorating,tote bags, lamp shades, cushions , scrapbooking
Q. What size is the fabric?
A. All measurements are listed in the description of each item. Fabric is listed as either fat quarters, 1/2 yards or full yard lots and if there is more than 1 quanitity listed your fabric will be sent as 1 continuous piece.
Q. What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
A. Our preferred method of payment from Australian Buyers is Bank Deposit. We also accept money order and Paypal. International payments can only be made via PAYPAL
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes, we love shipping worldwide. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
Q. Is Insurance Required on my order?
A. Insurance is required for all orders over $30. This ensures delivery of your order. We strongly recommend it for all orders regardless of cost. Insurance is $3 for Australian Customers for orders under $100, $7.50 up to $500. Insurance for international customers is $10 for unders under $100 ,$15 for orders $100-$200 and $20 for orders $200-$300 , over $300 is $30
Q. Do you refund
A.Yes. If you would like to return your order we will refund the cost of the item less a 20% processing fee and postage costs, unless the item is faulty.Please email thematerialgirls@ozemail.com.au for refund details
Q. How do the REWARDS POINTS WORK?
A. Everytime you purchase something you will earn rewards points. These can be accumulated and deducted from future ordera. As a guide 100 reward points equals $10 off , 50 = $5 off . 1 reward point equals 10c
